As a full service tour operator, we at Runic Travels will listen to your needs and requests in order to customize the perfect vacation. It can be as basic as an air & hotel package or a fully guided tour for your family reunion or corporate incentive trip. We have the knowledge and expertise to make it possible. Our expert staff will discuss with you, one-on-one, the options in order to craft an itinerary that works with your time constraints and budget possibilities. Our mission is simple: to provide you with quality service and arrangements at a price that fits your budget. Our goal is to provide our clients with the ultimate Scandinavian vacation, whether is be a leisurely weekend or a two week adventure.

To begin the process, just send us an email or call our office so that we may get some basic information about your style of travel, places of interest, time frame and budget. After talking with you we ask for 2-3 days, depending on the season, to customize a proposal which we will send to you via email, fax or USPS mail.

After you receive our initial proposal you are free to make changes and fine-tune the various elements until we have accomplished our goal of making your dreams a reality. Once the itinerary is set we ask for a deposit of 20% to begin confirming the services such as hotels, guides, transportation, etc. If we need to make any changes to your itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, such as no availability at a particular hotel, one of our staff members will contact you to discuss the changes.

Once all services have been confirmed we will begin creating the necessary documents for your vacation. These documents will be mailed to you via Federal Express or DHL 2-3 weeks prior to your departure from the United States. We do not send the documents sooner in hopes of avoiding any confusion regarding last minute schedule changes, etc, which may occur.
